Packaging & Shipping Process
Thermstars follows a structured inspection, packaging and shipping process to help protect thermal imaging products during storage, handling and international transportation.
| Step | Process | Details |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Pre-Shipment Inspection | Each unit is checked against the confirmed order configuration. Inspection may include appearance, detector operation, display performance, controls, interfaces, battery operation and image functions. |
| 02 | Configuration Verification | The model, quantity, mounting accessories, cables, manuals, labels and customized components are verified against the approved order and packing list. |
| 03 | Protective Inner Packaging | The product and accessories are placed in protective packaging to reduce movement, impact and surface damage. Lens and display surfaces are protected before packing. |
| 04 | Retail or OEM Packaging | Standard Thermstars packaging or approved private-label packaging is used. Customized logos, labels, manuals and inserts are checked before sealing. |
| 05 | Export Carton Packing | Individual packages are placed in reinforced export cartons with suitable cushioning. Carton quantity, dimensions and gross weight are recorded. |
| 06 | Final Carton Check | The shipping team verifies product quantity, carton condition, shipping marks, consignee information and required documentation before dispatch. |
| 07 | Shipping Arrangement | Orders can be shipped by express courier, air freight, sea freight or another agreed method, depending on shipment size, destination and delivery schedule. |
| 08 | Tracking and Documents | After dispatch, available tracking information and agreed shipping documents are provided. These may include the commercial invoice, packing list and applicable transportation documents. |
Shipping cost, estimated transit time and document availability are confirmed in the formal quotation. Buyers are responsible for confirming applicable import regulations, permits, taxes and customs requirements.
