Thermstars supports thermal imaging distributors, outdoor-optics brands and system integrators with a structured OEM development process, from requirement analysis and sample evaluation to mass production and after-sales support.

| 01 | Requirement Consultation | We review the target market, intended application, required quantity, technical specifications, branding requirements, target price and expected delivery schedule. |
| 02 | Configuration Evaluation | Detector, lens, mounting interface, accessories, software functions and packaging options are reviewed to determine the appropriate product configuration. |
| 03 | Technical & Commercial Proposal | A proposal is prepared covering the recommended configuration, customization scope, estimated MOQ, development charges, sample cost and preliminary lead time. |
| 04 | Branding and Design Approval | The customer provides the logo, brand colors, packaging content, labels and manuals. Artwork and branding positions are reviewed before sample production. |
| 05 | Sample Development | An evaluation or customized sample may be prepared according to the approved requirements for performance, appearance, packaging and accessory verification. |
| 06 | Testing and Sample Approval | The sample is evaluated against the confirmed specifications. Requested adjustments are reviewed before the final configuration is approved. |
| 07 | Mass Production | Production is arranged according to the approved sample, purchase order and agreed specifications. Materials, accessories and packaging are prepared for the confirmed quantity. |
| 08 | Quality Inspection | Finished products are checked for appearance, thermal imaging performance, display, controls, interfaces, power operation, accessories, labels and packaging. |
| 09 | Packaging and Shipment | Approved products are packed using the confirmed Thermstars or private-label packaging. Shipping marks and documentation are verified before dispatch. |
| 10 | After-Sales Support | Thermstars provides technical communication and after-sales coordination according to the agreed warranty and service terms. |
